The SageDrilling-Foamed Cementing technology integrates the functions of liquid nitrogen pressurized gasification, high-pressure foam mixing, and real-time monitoring. It converts liquid nitrogen into high-pressure nitrogen gas. In the foam generator, it quickly mixes with cement slurry and foam stabilizing agents to generate foam. The density is controlled in real time by the automatic monitoring system, which solves the problems of uniform mixing and precise control of high-pressure and high-speed three-phase foam, and becomes a sharp weapon to solve the technical problems of well cementing in complex oil and gas wells.
This technology has been implemented on a large scale in Sinopec, PetroChina and overseas. It has been applied in more than 400 wells cumulatively, with a cementing excellent rate of over 90%. It has been successively set seven records, including the maximum well depth(7080.00m, Hongye 4HF well), the maximum vertical depth (6100.00m, TH123146X well), the longest horizontal section (4035.00m, Shengye 9-3HF well), the highest temperature (150°C, Bei 5 well) and the lowest cement slurry density (0.7g/cm3, Yaoping 21 well). It has solved major technical problems such as cementing leakage, gas channeling, and the integrity of cement sheath sealing.
